‘Change’ whether good or bad can be managed effectively for a positive outcome. As business grows and expands, change becomes inevitable. Leaders must be equipped with skills, confidence, ideas, and knowledge and know how in order to embrace change or cause a positive change. One important key skill for leaders is to constantly look for a need for a change. Growth, strategic alliance, acquisition, new products, available resource etc would trigger change. Good leaders must also try to understand who they are including their beliefs and values in order to manage change in others.
