Your Conduct - Help us to help you

Any successful working relationship benefits from clearly defined guide lines and therefore we would like to ensure that you are fully aware of some factors when working through Polino recruitment.

As mentioned earlier this is a three- way paternership, where each party is as important as the other. The way in which you conduct yourself in an assignment has a great impact on our ability to keep you working.

You are not obliged to accept every assignment that you are offered, but we would expect you to carry out those that you do accept, with professionalism expected of a representative of Polino recruitment.

We would request that you dress in a suitable attire, make an effort to fit in with the clients you are assigned to, familiarise yourself with their health and safety procedures and keep any information you may enquire about them confidential.

If for any reason you are unable to attend work, due to sickness or any other reason, please inform us no later than 9.00am on the day of your absence.

All clients operates a no smoking and most have a no alcohol policy and we would request that you observe these ruiles.Please avoid personal use of telephones, IT and any other equipment, unless it is very necessary(for example , in an emergency situation). In any event, you ask permission before hand and keep usage to a minimum.We hope we have covered everything within this document, but please do call us if we have missed everything.
